Returns

We are gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info.artlexy@gmail.com. 

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email first at info.artlexy@gmail.com  

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

Shipping Address for returns:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancelation Policy

 Orders must be cancelled via email and a confirmation by one of Artlexy.com representatives within the same business day before 6pm CST. Cancelled orders may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

1. MATERIALS:

- Museum quality poly/cotton canvas with satin varnish * 380gsm Cotton Canvas
- UV-protective coating
-Tight stretch by hand * Tightly folded corners
- Mirrored edges so you don't lose any of your image, but still wraps around the support frames

2. What type of packaging do you use?

- Very carefully packaged in 3 protective layers. It is very low chance to be damaged.

3. What happening if it delivered damaged:

- If it will be damaged during the delivery, we will send you knew parcel, after a proof photo of damaged canvas.

4. What happens if my package is lost?

- We will send you new canvas.

5. Sizing details

- Sizes are over all for set (see attached photo with the sizing guide on each of our product).

6. How i can track my parcel?

- We send you a track number after it will be shipped (usually it take 1-2 working days to print, carefully wrap and to send by mailing company)

7. My delivery address is incorrect or has changed. What do i need to do?

- Please Contact Us As Soon as Possible for the change of shipment address. We cannot change the address after your order has been shipped.

8. How long does it take to deliver?

- We stated that we need 1-2 working days to produce it and carefully wrap it and 30 business days to deliver for USPS Standart Shipping Which is FREE. But usually it take 14-21 days for the post office to deliver, but sometimes it takes and more.

9. Can I customize / personalize my canvas print?

- Yes, usually it possible to customize.

10. Does my canvas come framed?

- Yes, it come on the wooden frame. Stretched on a 1,5" (3 cm) stretcher bars wooden frame. The image continues around the sides, mirror wrapped and  Ready to Hang

11. Do you except returns?

13. Color reproduction:

- The appearance of colors may vary from monitor to monitor.
Care instructions:
- Never hang your canvas prints outside, in areas of high humidity or near any heat source!
- Never use any chemical cleaners to clean your canvas prints!
- To wipe the dust use a dry cloth without strong pressure on the surface.

14. METALIC PRINT

- Our products offer the appearance of gold with a warm, yellowish hue—they do not contain actual metallic elements.

15. VERY IMPORTANT!

- The picture can not be hung in damp places, such as swimming pools, saunas. It is also desirable to have a picture in direct sunlight or under the air conditioner.
